"Stay in the main house. The views are fabulous. Where we stayed the ground floor studio was not comfortable. Lighting was bad and it smelt of cigarette smoke. It was nice to have the main house to go into which if we hadn’t had a lot of luggage would have chosen "

"We were in the bottom unit which was very noisy if there were guests upstairs! We could hear every footstep. The unit is basement, so it’s a little musty smelling. The owner does have a dehumidifier running in the bedroom. The unit is clean and well stocked. The location was good for hiking and adventures based out of Seward. We liked having the grill and we sat on the porch bar stools watching eagles!"

"The bed is so comfy! The coffee is great! Clean, outdoor porch with grill (if the weather was nicer I'd have used it) but winter just didn't allow for it. Jill and her hubby have done a great job decorating and making this a "go to" option in Seward. Thank you!"

"We rented this property along with the main house for 7 adults and 5 children in July 2022. This property is Amazing and Tyler the property manager is terrific. These houses have everything you need for large groups and Tyler is very easy to communicate with and helpful. The fishing dock on the Kenia is wonderful and fun for all. The property is in a perfect location, close to town and right on the river."

"The lodge is just as seen in the pics. The deck facing the mountains is just brilliant and the views of the river are amazing. There is a short trail down to the river is beautiful and I spotted a couple of Rabbits on the way. I would love to visit again"
