"This property is a total misrepresentation of what was advertised and sold to us. We paid extra for a lake view room, and that was not provided at all. This is false advertising and completely unfair to guests who are paying for a specific room category. I expect a full refund for the lake view charges immediately.
On top of that, breakfast was not provided, despite it being part of what we booked / expected. I also want a refund for the breakfast charges as well.
The room itself was in a disgusting condition — dirty bedsheets, filthy carpet, unclean washroom, and overall zero cleanliness standards. For 3 guests, only one dirty towel was given. There was no shower gel, no shampoo, only 2 tiny hand soaps. There was no kettle for tea, no telephone in the room, and absolutely no proper room service or customer care.
The staff showed no courtesy, no responsibility, and no commitment to fixing anything. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
This hotel should not be listed on Expedia until it meets basic hospitality, hygiene, and service standards. I am extremely dissatisfied and expect an immediate refund for the lake view room difference and breakfast not provided."
