"The hotel was not able to honor my booking-- the rooms we booked were not available . No manager was on the site and the only staff who was there was not able to validate our Expedia booking. Alternate rooms they suggested were terrible. We ended up securing rooms in a different facility. "

"The superior (larger) room was worth the money--a better value than other hotels I've used nearby. Although kitchenette was limited, everything was in good condition, including the bathroom. Staff was helpful carrying bags (there being no lift) to top floor & back."
