Located on the best bay in the area, this cottage sleeps up to 7 people with a fully stocked kitchen, living room, in-unit laundry and direct access to the best fishing bay in the area. This cottage is walking distance from a bar and grill, and a landing with access to the rest of Lake Washington. Located 10 minutes from Saint Peter and 15 from Mankato, there is no lack of activities or attractions in the area.

The stay was amazing Clean house beautiful quiet Neighborhood

This was a great spot on Lake Washington. Perfect access for ice fishing. Has just about everything you could need. Would've been nice to have a few more amenities such as a grill and firepit for year round use, along with a shovel during the snowy months. Great wifi service and connections.

Overall a nice place. Didn't realize the hill was so steep in the pictures to gain access on the ice. A bunch of loose leaves on the property and stair leading to the lake. Made for a tricky walk up and down. We enjoyed our stay thank you
