Kappa was brilliant! The private pool was bigger than expected and absolutely perfect for our kids (6 and 4) to swim in al week. Staff very friendly, food is absolutely excellent. Highly recommended!

Eine tolle Unterkunft,sauber,freundlich,man hat seine Ruhe. Der eigene Strand leider nicht sehr einladend und noch Luft nach oben. Große Steine im Wasser machen es nicht einfach zum Baden,aber es ist eben Natur. Ein Steg würde da schon helfen.

Extremely overrated, not worth the money

bottom line first: extremely overrated, not worth the money. The staff was very nice, each and every one of them - I cannot take it away from them, but the rooms were terribly small (we took the most premium villa), the shower was falling apart, our room was flooded and then had no hot water for two days. The private beach is nice, but extremely small and there's no basic shower/toilet. the whole place is under-maintained, there are so many other options in the area, some of them for a fraction of the price - for the cost of their villa i would expect so much more.

Eine sehr schöne, neue Anlage, die mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet ist. Sehr leckeres Frühstück und innovative und leckere Gerichte im Restaurant. Die Anlage ist schön gelegen, wir konnten aus dem Pool leider nicht direkt das Meer sehen, wie auf manchen Bildern des Hotels zu sehen. Außerordentlich freundlich ist das Personal! Das gibt es wirklich nicht mehr so oft. Total nett, jung, entgegenkommend und mitdenkend. Wirklich top! Es gibt ein Brin- und Holservice für den Strand, obwohl dieser zu Fuß in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen ist. Das offene Fahrzeug fand unser Sohn total toll. Nur leider kann der Strand nicht punkten, zumindest für uns. Im Wasser sind große Steine, was das Rein- und Rauskommen erschwert und für Kinder nicht wirklich geeignet ist. Wir haben uns dann für einen Sandstrand, 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, entschieden. Die Anlage würde ich aber mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

Mehr Schein als sein!! Für ein 5* Ressort waren die Suiten mit Pool sehr Basic eingerichtet.keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten , weder im Bad noch in den Schlafräumen.keine Sitzmöglichkeit ohne Rückenschmerzen,weder drinnen noch auf der Terrasse. Auch die Liegen ohne Auflagen und absolut unbequem.Frühstück: Highlight frischer Osaft das wars dann aber schon.Was uns sehr befremdet hat, als wir ankamen waren weder Pooltücher noch Bademäntel in der Suite.Auf Nachfrage sagte man uns wir müssten dafür eine Kaution bezahlen. Wie kommt man sich da vor? mann bedenke 5*

Ruhige, entspannte und sehr angenehme Atmosphäre

Die Unterkunft war groß und sehr sauber. Das Personal überaus freundlich. Dabei entspannt und unaufdringlich. Wir haben ein Upgrade bei der Anreise bekommen und durften uns am guten Frühstücksbüffet bedienen, obwohl wir ohne Verpflegung gebucht hatten. Danke dafür nochmal. Eine kleine, aber feine Anlage. Die Lage ist ruhig. Wer Trubel sucht ist hier fehl am Platz. Ein Auto ist ein Muss.

Would definitely recommend

We were 5 adults in a 3 bedroom suite. Our suite was large, had amazing views and was very comfortable. The location is far enough away from the commercialized areas so its a quiet and relaxing but its also less than a 10 min drive to the more populated areas with bars and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful villa in beautiful but remote location

The villa itself was lovely, we stayed in alkyon which had a really good sized private pool and beautiful sea views. The location is beautiful however is very remote, you need a car or taxi to go anywhere apart from the beach. The nearest shops, bakery are in Paliouri which is 2km away (10 Euro each way) and it is not walkable! The restaurant at Kappa is great, and food prices comparable to other places we ate and the staff are absolutely lovely, extremely helpful and great with kids! I would recommend Kappa Resort as it is beautiful, relaxing and calm, however unless you want to stay by the pool for your entire stay, a car is a necessity!

Struttura posizionata su una collinetta, dalla spiaggia 50-100m di pura salita! Comunque Fattibile e questo permette una bella vista. Bella struttura, Colazione mediocre, si può fare molto di meglio. Attenzione al caffè a colazione, quello della macchina espresso è a pagamento, quello della macchinetta multifunzione fai da te gratis (ma non proprio buono) Zona silenziosa, regolarmento anti-rumore in alcuni orari!!

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage

+ Positiv; *Tolle Zimmer, modern eingerichtet, viel Platz, sehr ruhige & gepflegte Anlage mit gigantischem Ausblick und risiger Terasse * sehr nettes Personal! * Küche mit Spülmaschine :) * Spielmöglichkeit für Kinder ( Geräte müsste evtl. aber mal auf Ihre Sicherheit geprüft werden) - Kleine Mängel: * Das Essen im Hotel ist gut, aber es gibt einige bessere Restaurants in der Nähe. Beim Frühstück hätte ich mir etwas mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. * nicht der beste Strand -> aufgrund der Lage Mietwagen unbedingt erforderlich ! * Was mir in der Wohnung fehlte: eine Garderobe /bzw. Möglichkeit Jacken aufzuhängen und ein Handfeger der Mülleimer in der Küche hätte etwas größer ausfallen können... Alles etwas locker montiert.

Nice quiet hotel

Our room was very comfortable. However, we think that for the price of the suite, they should have Kleenex and basic cooking condiments (salt, pepper, etc)

Great holiday, sad to leave.

We really enjoyed staying at the Kappa Resort. The views from the suites are stunning. The resort is modern, and well kept. The staff are friendly and helpful. A great retreat on Kassandra well away from some of the more commercialized resorts.

Super Hotel für Ruhesuchende!

Wir waren für 8 Tage in einer 2 Bedroom Suite mit privaten Pool! Der Stil ist sehr schön sowie die ganze Gestaltung der Räume. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag mehrfach gereinigt sowie auch die Suite! Frühstück und Abendessen haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Es waren herrliche Tage und wir würden wieder kommen!

Entspannte Woche in wunderschönem Resort

Wir haben eine Woche in einer Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet (ein paar Haken und Ablagen mehr würden es perfekt machen), und der Garten mit Pool und Meerblick ein Traum. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt und die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Absolut herausragend ist jedoch der Service, an der Rezeption wie auch im Restaurant. Wir wurden richtig umsorgt, regelmäßig wurde nachgefragt ob alles o.k. ist. Und das Essen im Restaurant ist hervorragend! Insgesamt eine sehr entspannte Woche, die Gegend ist außerhalb der Hauptsaison ruhig und die Landschaft sehenswert.

A well-run and well-maintained place - will return

We booked a three bedroom villa for 6 adults. The property is clean and nicely furnished. The only thing one can say is the double room at the top level (Villa Ermioni) is small and, therefore, very lightly furnished. Also, it does not have a door and, obviously, not private. This, however, did not affect the enjoyment of our stay as we spent most of the time by the private pool. The villa and the pool were cleaned every day. Both front and back gardens are beautifully maintained. The manager (Costas) was at hand to make sure that any issue is dealt with. Staff are friendly and professional. We lost WIFI signal due to a technical fault beyond the control of the resort management. In no time, the manager bought a 3G router with a prepaid card and it worked fine (other places would probably blame the internet provider and do nothing). All the staff have 'can do, will do' kind of attitude which is unusual in many places (not just in Greece). Thank you all for making my family's holiday so enjoyable and I hope to see you again next year.
