"Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Von außen wirkt das Haus erst mal nicht so einladend aber von innen ist die Wohnung sehr schön. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles da. "

"Very poor communication about check-in. There were cigarette butts in the kitchen sink. The apartment seemed to not have been cleaned recently; it was very dirty as was the bathtub. A cabinet door fell off to the floor. There was no hot water in the morning with no instructions about how to activate a water-warming system if one existed. The apartment smelled of mildew."
