Das Hotel liegt in einem Industriegebiet. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Zimmer war sehr sauber. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: die Ladestation für Elektrofahrzeuge besser ausschildern.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr sehr übersichtlich und absolut keine 13,90€ wert. Der Aufschnitt wellte sich teilweise schon. Die Fliesen im Bad waren schmutzig vom vorherigen Gast. Das Personal wirkte eher genervt als motiviert.

Leider bekam ich nicht gleich Zugang ins Hotel. Erst nach Anwahl der Notruf-Nummer erfuhr ich, dass meine Buchung zu kurzfristig erfolgt war, um problemlos einchecken zu können (eine Stunde zuvor). Das war nervig!

Das Hotel war für mich eine gute Wahl, da ich für zwei Tage bei einem Seminar, was fußläufig in ca. 15 min. erreichbar war. Wenn man Abends etwas essen möchte, benötigt man aber schon ein Auto. Alles in allem, war es sehr ruhig und das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend. Personal sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Hilfe gab es nicht, nie wieder BB Kassel BAUSTELLE

Das Hotel ist eine Baustelle ein sehr altes IBIS was umgebaut wird. Alles alt und schmutzig inkl Aufzug. Fernseher ging nicht und das Wasser war kalt. Kaffeeautomat fehlt auch in der Lobby. Frühstücken kann man in einer Planen abgehängten Baustelle. Parkplätze auch zu wenig. Wlan geht kaum.
