Big good restaurant exists at the next door. My room was facing sunny side. And the air condition was not provided at Hotel. So, I had tough time to change the air.

Studio (50qm) gebucht, falsches Zimmer erhalten. Mit allem Gepäck wieder runter. Im richtigen Zimmer stand statt der Sitzgruppe nur ein Tisch, die beiden Sessel fehlten. Wieder runter - reklamiert. "Unser Hausservice kümmert sich." Nichts passiert bis zur Abreise. Den Mangel bei Abreise erwähnt - nahezu keine Reaktion. Kunde ist hier kein König, allenfalls Umsatzbringer.

Unter den Betten lagen gebrauchte Kondome ,Ohrstopseln ...Staub ohne ende dass man srarke Allergie bekommen hat 🙈Dadurch 2 unverschlafene Nächte.(Es war mein Ausflug um sich zu erholen und Kraft tanken 😭)An der Rezeption reklamiert ( ja dass Personal kommt und macht sauber)Was Sauber für die bedeutet ist nur Handtücher wechseln 🙈.Wenn man dass Reinigung Personal anspricht laufen Sie weg weil Sie kein Deutsch verstehen und lästern über die Gäste in Ihre Sprache die ich verstanden habe!!! Dass Hotel selbst von der Aufmachung hat mir gefallen.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aber dass beim Abendessen im Restaurant Mäuse rumlaufen und sich dort viele Spinnweben befinden, das ist fürchterlich. Am Buffet gab es überwiegend schmutzige Teller.

WLAN ging nicht Abendessen nicht gut,Personal nett

Man konnte erkennen, dass das Hotel schon einige Jahre hinter sich hat. Aber bedingt durch Corona fehlen denke ich die Gelder für Renovierung. Ich war im 2 Stock und die Musik empfand ich als relativ laut. Allerdings war mein größtes Problem das WLAN. Für Geschäftsreisen wo am Abend noch am PC gearbeitet wird völlig ungeeignet. Die Begründung, dass zu viele Gäste im Hotel sind, die aktiv sind, kann nicht sein. Denn um 06h ging genauso schlecht wie am Abend. Das Abendessen fand ich sehr schlimm.

Ruhiger Aufenthalt für zu viel Geld.

Helle Teppiche sind auf Grund deutlich sichtbarer Flecke der vorherigen Gäste unappetitlich. Die Einrichtung ist geschmacksache aber scheint mir fast aus der Jahrtausendwende zu sein. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht.

Gastronomie to go war nicht gegeben. Weder Kaffee noch sonstige Getränke konnten erworben werden. Ärgerlich.
