Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced) with trees, swimming pool heated (5 x 5 m, 29 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 20.Apr. - 12.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, arbour, terrace (100 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, billiard table, washing machine. 20 m footpath to the house. Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises, single garage. Shop 1 km, bus stop 600 m, pebble beach 7 km, rocky beach 7 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Swimming pool heated (extra). It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required.
