In the hamlet Spinčići 1.5 km from the centre of Matulji, 6 km from the centre of Opatija, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property 1'300 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular, heated (10 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, table tennis, basketball, terrace (130 m2), barbecue. In the house: internet access, sauna, hot tub, billiard table, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 350 m, restaurant 1 km, pebble beach 4 km, concrete beach 4 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Swimming pool with hydromassage. Swimming pool heated (extra). Organizing a party is not allowed.

Terrace 110 m2, terrace 65 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs, box-room. Beautiful view of the sea and the swimming pool. Facilities: safe, hair dryer.
