Villa Grey with heated pool

Villa Grey is a newly-built house for guests who value comfort and luxury. Spread out on 100 m2 of ground floor the space consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open space living room, dining room and kitchen. There is flat screen TV in each room (with cable), and the one in living room even has Netflix and PS4, as well as some board games. Heated swimming pool dominates the yard, and lounge area and barbecue are available.
The space consists of large living/dining and fully equipped kitchen area with acces to the terrace and spacious yard with swimming pool. Lounge area and eating space are there to make you as comfortable as possible.
One of the bedrooms has a balcony access and the other two are facing a quiet neighbourhood street; all have AC and blinds so you can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.
Two bathrooms mean no waiting in line, and there is plenty if hot water for your showers.
Baby cot and high chair are available.
We recommend having a car od using taxi/Uber; there is a train station nearby, but the train runs every couple of hours, and not after 8:30pm.
The house is located near the highway, so there is some noise to be heard when outside, but none on the inside.
Guests can use anything and everything they find in the house and property - everything on the photos.
The house is a two-story, but the upper floor is vacant.
