There are two saunas at the property which I didn't get to use but if I had the time, would have loved to. Breakfast was perfect. The fried eggs have to be tasted to be believed. Good base for visiting Brussels, Ghent and Brugges. Local restaurant/bar the Café Exter well worth a visit. Plenty of local parks for a gentle stroll. Thoroughly enjoyable break."

Constance has such a calm and friendly manner and was so welcoming and spoke wonderful English as well as the many other languages of people staying here. She recommended the restaurant next door for that evening which had on a fun fortnightly even that she was going to and it really was! Constance and I chatted about the fab, quirky design which she has all over the house and grounds which made this such a great stay. She’d set...

"Es gibt keine kostenlosen Parkplätze, sondern nur öffentliche kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Unterkunft ist nicht sehr sauber. Man bekommt keine Antwort vom Besitzer. Es gibt auch kein 24 Stunden Front Desk. Als wir gebucht hatten, stand sogar noch dabei, dass man die ganze Unterkunft alleine zur Verfügung hat, das stimmt aber nicht, es ist nur ein Zimmer. Die Treppen sind sehr steil."
