"Very kind and helpful staff, we had a corner twin room and it was huge (for Tokyo!). Always clean and lots of good amenities with vending machines and ice machines available. Only downside was that there were only a few laundry machines so we were constantly up and down trying to find a free machine."

"The staff was excellent and property and room very clean only set back was that the rooms are clean every three days but you get a fresh set of towels toiletries and condiments every day and you can put out your dirty towels every day"
