"I had two separate rooms here on different nights and they really were soundproof. Loved the private balcony, loved having a lift (elevator), loved having a town map although I still got a bit bamboozled every time I went out. It would have been nice to have the option of breakfast especially on Monday morning as food shops all shut Sunday PM and I had to venture far to find a kiosk selling yoghurt and fruit/nut bars. And beer. "

"This hotel wan beautiful and would have enjoyed and even longer stay. Right by port and airport and we're able to park our rental van without issue. Hotel was up to date and clean. Ate are the hotel restaurant on top floor with lovely views. Menu not extensive but everyone was able to find something good to eat and saved us the effort of going out. "

"Hotel was in a perfect location to everything in Heraklion! Clean and nice sized rooms with a balcony overlooking the quaint city. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They even made sure we had a breakfast waiting for us at our 5am checkout. I highly recommend this great hotel!"

"Food was really amazing in the buffet, you never tired of the variety and quality. Pool and the beach service was great, overall friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding. Everything in the hotel is very clean and well maintained and the room quality was 1st rate. One minor issue in the maisonette is the very small wardrobe in the upstairs bedroom a small set of drawers would help. Top hotel."

"Vacation was great. The hotel is well maintained and the service is excellent. We didn't have WiFi service in our room and they provided a modem for a wireless connection. The beach is small and not the greatest, but pools are nice. They should have recycling bins and not just garbage bins. Also the tour we booked to Knossos and Heraklion was just a private taxi taking us around and the taxi driver wanted to finish the tour as soon as possible. Not the nicest. Overall, our stay was great. My kids loved the pool and the kids' club. The young ladies who played with and entertained the kids were extremely nice and friendly."
