"Easy to get to, quiet and central to the region. Sliding entry gate a bit 'iffy' at times. Staff were great, excellent! Pool was good. WiFi not great...a bit slow so TV pixellated a lot and slow internet access for personal equipment. Restaurant not open every night, but the food was really good and delivered to your room. Would stay again if opportunity arose."

"The booking went through on Expedia for a same day, last minute booking. No information was available on the initial Expedia listing to illustrate what time reception closed. The booking was made after reception had closed. I called a number and told a man that I would be arriving late. He was reasonably helpful. He provided a pin code for the room. Upon arrival in the dark, it was hard to ascertain how to get into the compound so I had to send another text to the Man. He then disclosed that I...

"Toilet cistern ran all night i asked for it to be fixed but it wasn't. Showed had limited toiletries no body wash only one shampoo and ine conditioner, no reinforcements during my stay. Cutlery - no forks no cutting board Bed was comfortable i was grateful to be on the ground floor as i am elderly and there was no lifts. Staff were friendly."
