"Absolutely fantastic hotel in the heart of Kathmandu. Could not fault the service and overall experience. It is a tranquil haven in the busyness of Kathmandu. Perfect location and easy walking distance from the Durbar. Breakfast was also delicious. Could not recommend staying here enough. "

"Really nice stay at the Hyatt. The grounds are very well maintained and the Suite access was a definite plus. Only area of improvement is communication of the staff. We requested an early breakfast as we were leaving before 6am for a flight, which was confirmed multiple times by the staff. Unfortunately it was not communicated to the morning team so no breakfast was organised for us when we checked out. A small but frustrating issue. Would stay again though!"

"This is a WONDERFUL hotel. The staff is so kind, helpful and attentive. It is very clean There is not a lot in the area BUT the restaurants are delicious. There is a rooftop restaurant that is really good and has nice views for Nepal. The bathrooms could be improved because they flood when you shower and become a fall hazard but other than that 5 stars! "
