It was a very convenient location for exploring. I was able to visit ost places on foot. The room was bery compfy and absolutely quiet, despite being on a main road. All the staff were efficient and polite. The breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Service, service, service!

If you're looking for a place with a focus on service, then this is absolutely your choice! You might find a slightly better mattress (maybe) at Radisson or Holiday Inn but you would be trading a very small comfort for an unbelievable level of service. I don't know who in the management is motivating this fantastic level of attention to detail, but keep it up!

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

We visited Kathmandu to visit our daughter who lives and works near the hotel. Actually the location was superb. Walking distance to the Thamel area though acrobatic skills are required to cross some streets. Some nice craft shops and a great tea house are nearby (not required to cross streets). Breakfast service was superb and the view from the rooftop cafe/restaurant is amazing, and there is a good Japanese restaurant is in the building.
