The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. We stayed here twice while we were in Kathmandu, and both times they accommodated late check-out as my partner or I were sick. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful!

I picked this hotel out of proximity to restaurants, LOD club and shopping. It was the right choice for that! Breakfast was served each morni by starting at 6:30am. I liked that part. Rooms are basic but nice for what they have. The TV was helpful to watch after a long day around town. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I would stay here again and felt safe and taken care of.

The service is impeccable without being uncomfortably pompous. The staff are honest, calm, measured, competent and considerate. They do go out of their way, so tipping seemed fair to me. The rooms are how I like them; very comfortable, easy to organise yourself in, not full of things you don't need but with all the things you do including little touches that actually make a difference to a stay. Pretty. Great breakfasts. Peaceful yet close to the main attractions. Balcony rooms are lovely. I'm pretty careful with hotels, it took me almost 12 hrs to finally choose this one, as it was my first hotel in Nepal. I chose well.

Great location in Thamel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. The hotel is just in need of some maintenance & cleaning (not uncommon in Kathmandu) but for what you pay for it, it was great! Would stay here again.

It’s a very good place! Karma, Prem, Sabina were helpul and kind ! The breakfast were generous and delicious! WiFi,hot water are working perfectly. As it’s name hotel thamel is in the heart of thamel. !I recommend this hotel!

Flight trouble arrived one day late. E-mail contact airport pickup as well Although it is a Thamel area, it is a place that entered a side street so even at night it is quiet. Room with balcony was open feeling, smoking was also possible. The staff is helpful and friendly. I had a pleasant day everyday. Restaurants, laundry, doorman, reception have staffs who can speak a little Japanese. Especially the driver 's Mr.D was a reliable person in safe driving. In addition, I want to stay at this hotel when staying in Kathmandu. Thank you so much for all your help.

Dated. Bath was badly stained & manual shower attachment had no hook on the wall. Furniture everywhere heavy & dated. I was charged $42 for one night! However, staff were quietly friendly.
