"Property is beautiful and luxurious. Our vacation included The Springs, Nayara, mi Amor, Tabacon. Liked...the big rooms with view of volcano from bed. The vast manmade pools as well as the water slide are highlights like a waterpark. The activity center seems engaging, we didn't do many besides the big cat feeding. It was a spectacular experience seeing with the animals. What we didn't like... feels like staff here was lacking around the pool area and never left their bar nest. Also compared to all these other 5 star properties breakfast was not included, $30+ avocado toast +this and that tax:) just felt like the springs tried to squeeze every single penny out of their client. Staff was very professional just didn't look happy to be there, if that makes sense."

"We enjoyed a three-night stay at Arenal Kioro and had a very pleasant experience. The grounds were beautifully maintained and created a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere with the surrounding natural beauty adding to the overall experience. The staff were one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone was friendly, personable, and welcoming. I especially appreciated that staff members remembered me and addressed me by name whenever we crossed paths, which made the experience feel more personalized and warm. The room was comfortable and matched the photos shown online. The layout was different from what I was used to, but it was exactly as represented, so there were no surprises. The bed was decent and provided a comfortable place to rest after exploring the area. The breakfast was decent, with enough options to start the day. Overall, Arenal Kioro provided a relaxing stay with beautiful surroundings, excellent hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere. The genuine friendliness of the staff truly stood out and made our three-night stay enjoyable."

"This is in a gorgeous setting with the Arenal volcano always very visible. The breakfast buffet each morning was tasty. The grounds were well maintained and were quiet in the evenings, which was great for relaxing and sleeping. The restaurant and bar staff were pleasant. We enjoyed the thermal pools but several were empty."

"I had mixed reviews about this property. I loved the concept of the small unique houses with tiny private pools in the middle of the rainforest. But that’s really what I didn’t expect with teenagers. Its literally in the middle of the rainforest. There is nothing on the property for kids to do and no little shop to grab missed items. The entire place is uphill so that was a surprise, but most of CR seems to be that way. They are building several other houses. So we woke up day 1 to saws and pounding in between 3 houses being built at 7am.m. They did move our house and did comp us dinner at their very overpriced restaurant. That did make up for it. Overall, it was a nice experience but I am unsure I would book it again."
