"Welcoming, caring, and informative staff for check-in. Very clean and well apportioned room with every amenity needed for your stay. You could literally show up without anything and be quite comfortable. Beds were great. Excellent breakfast buffet with multitude of choices. Would definitely return "

"Nice hotel convenient to NRT airport, with free shuttle every hour. I liked that there was a 7-Eleven in the lobby! Service was great as well. I just took a while to figure out where the light switch and electric outlets were, but overall that wasn't a problem."

"Excellent accommodation on all fronts. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, numerous staff were eager to help us with check in and our luggage. Staff were exceptionally polite and eager to help. Our room was a standard size for Japan (though with a very spacious bathroom), clean, and had all the amenities we needed. We made use of the shuttle service both between the city/Aeon mall and the airport. Breakfast was buffet style and delicious! "

"Clean room, amenities, breakfast and service. Washroom a bit too small and tub is difficult to get in. There was some communication issues, staffs did not understand what we asked for, hope to communicate better. There is an excellent lunch place close by that open 10:30-2 pm daily."
