Hotel Nikko Narita
10/10 Excellent
"Hotel nikko offers free shuttles to Aeon mall and the JR train station which is a plus!! And of course to the airport. We used this service to go to Naritasan Omotesando which was such a hidden gem, highly recommend! The rooms are standard american size rooms, although its a little bit old, its definitely a lot bigger compared to your usual hotel rooms in tokyo. Breakfast was good and had a lot of options. Good to stay for 1-2days before leaving. Staff was very helpful and checked us in early. Late checkout with a fee was also available and priced fairly."

"The food is excellent, but our bathroom still has body odor. Needs deodorizer in each room."

"It is old but at least have been keeping clean and maintained. It is for sure convenient if you just land or about to leave the next day. There is nothing around the area except airport. However Shuttle bus is offered, the ride isn't short"

"The hotel is quite old and could use some repainting and upgrades. However, if you prefer a room with more space, this hotel may be a good choice for you. The price is very affordable, though, making it a decent option for budget-conscious travelers."

"The Room was clean and bright. Only there is not enough space to open our luggages. We have to large and medium luggage. The bed is too small for two."

"Nicely renovated hotel. Room was nice and clean Reasonable price with Free breakfast buffet was great. Tipicall airport hotel as no dinning option around so I had hotel dinner buffet wasn’t worth money I paid for. I was disappointed. Hot springs is in the hotel facilities, it was nice but I have to pay extra. I’ll stay again. But I’ll eat dinner at the airport then check in to hotel will be my plan next time."

"Traveling by car, we found the spacious parking lot to be a major advantage. Our room was clean, and the public bath provided the perfect way to unwind. We received exceptional customer service from the front desk team, with a special mention to Mr. Shusei Ando, who made our check-in process smooth and efficient. As it was our family’s first time visiting Sawara, we were eager to try a local Japanese restaurant for dinner. Mr. Ando’s recommendation was the perfect choice and a wonderful way to end our day. And the buffet breakfast the following day was a great way to fuel up before heading out on our long road trip."
