"The front desk was exceptional when I checked in I asked for a late checkout and there was no problem. They also gave me great directions to see the local sites and order a taxi for me. Breakfast was included in my stay and it was excellent. Will definitely stay here the next time O flybthru Narita airport. PS. The shuttle bus which is free is very good."

"Everything was perfect! Location, quality of the facility, service by the front staff, amenities. Super clean and quiet. I stayed on the ground level facing the front parking so never open the curtain though didn’t bother me at all since I stayed only one night. Highly recommend to anyone including family."

"Looks old from outside but inside looked remodeled and clean. Repainting exterior and a new hotel sign would make the impression of this property much better. Room was spacious compared to Tokyo city center hotels. Convenient shuttle service to/from airport and Narita station/ shopping mall. Relaxed In public bath/spa. Would stay at this property again."

APA Hotel Keisei Narita Ekimae

"Excellent location right next to Keisei Narita station which is about 10 minutes train ride to Narita Airport, hotel has shuttle but unfortunately they do not provide any shuttle service between 12 noon and 5 PM but we took the Keisei train, very good Japanese/western breakfast buffet for ¥1600 which is about US$10, hotel has onsen/public bath on the second floor, easy to check in check out also offer free luggage storage if you stay there the night before:)"
