Liked: Property conditions & facilities
Good:
1. Distance from the railway station.
2. Free pick-up and drop services from the railway station and Katra helipad.
3.The room service staff were professional and quick.
Bad:
1. Hot water issue: The geyser works only for a limited supply of hot water, which is not sufficient for bathing.
2.The reception and restaurant staff were not welcoming.
3. Limited/repetitive food options in the buffet.
4. Frequent electricity disconnections: It happens around 7-8 times a day.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
It wasn't even three star though it is promoted as four star and rates charged accordingly. Location off the main road and far from bus stand or Baan Ganga from where the yantra begins.
Room wasn't clean and had to request to get it cleaned and the welcome drink served was terrible and served in not so clean glasses. Room didn't have 42 inch tv as mentioned in property details and instead it was 24 inch. Room faced a slum dwelling which was another negative.
No or almost zero room service except for toiletries / essentials. No fridge inside room or water / ice dispenser in common location for ice cubes and it was very hot and had to drink hot water from plastic bottles which we had purchased from market. Request for ice cubes was told will take two hours and was never sent despite two requests!!
Staff especially at reception was not so welcoming. Any request for drop off or any room service will get a plain answer/ will take time or car is already gone for drop off and will take time though managed to get drop off couple of times after some wait.
Will never stay again or recommend this property.
