"Great location and lovely staff"

"Lovely breakfast, attentive and welcoming staff. The only negative was that it was a little further from the centre of town than some other options. Easy to get to by bus from the airport and away to the train station."

"Food had run out at breakfast, only very high (unreachable) lockers left to keep luggage in and I had to be on tiptoe to reach the soaps in the shower. No room safe. In sum, had the feel of an overpriced youth hostel designed by a giraffe."

"Superb location - heart of Kaunas. Historic hotel . Breakfast same every single day. Food held in foiled containers and if you are not coming early in the morning, do not expect to get it hot. Very average Breakfast. Staff not interested in the guests whatsoever. Hotel needs proper investments: locks missing in the toilet, ripped carpets, leaking shower and so on."

"Great location and quiet. Rooms were spotless. Parking was a big issue and communication on checking in was difficult. We prepaid for parking and we were given a bad copy of a map to the parking lot. It took us considerable time to find the lot which seemed like a mile or so away. Trying to enter the lot the code we were given could not be used. Back to the hotel, and the hotel took care of the car. Kunas, is a developing town. In a few years it maybe worthwhile but for now, things were rather sparse."

"Friendly helpful staff on reception, forgot our adapter & they lent us one. There are no USB sockets in the room. Hotel is in a great location on the main pedestrian street. Room & bathroom was clean & spacious. Did get a bit stuffy & hot even after opening the window. Was a little noisy ant night, our room was on the 4th floor at the front of the hotel. Large variety & choice for breakfast."

"Didn’t like the welcome at all. Tough carrying 3 heavy bags up 3 floors. Large bedroom but sparsely furnished made it feel a bit sterile & without any theme or character. No shelf in the bathroom for toiletries by the sink"

"Z tego hotelu korzystam regularnie do dawna. Może nie jest najnowszy, a śniadania mogły by być bardziej urozmaicone i z lepszych produktów ale i tak chętnie tu wracam."
