"Relaxed, self check in. Keys were left downstairs. Quickly responsive. All my questions were answered via WhatsApp, before and while I was there. There's only an airport shuttle if you stay for 3 days or longer. My room was above the restaurant, so I had to close my window. So, I only ended up 1 mosquito bite. Haha. "We arrived very late but slept well because the room was quite comfortable. The bed, spaciousness, and blackout curtains were very nice to have. I also found the night staff very helpful. We didn't have an adapter, and the person at the front desk unplugged his phone to offer us one to borrow for the night. That was so generous! The next day, we enjoyed the gym, sauna, and pool before leaving. I really appreciated that they provided some sunscreen as well. "
