"Location is fantastic, and the property itself is appealing. I’m very glad I paid up for access to the executive club lounge-it was a great place to begin our day with a fabulous coffee from their top-notch Nespresso machine, or a glass of wine afterwards for free. The room itself could have benefitted from more storage. Sadly, my in-room Nespresso machine was not working. One thing to note-there is no way to get into the hotel without stairs. For most it is no big deal but my wife has mobility issues, so it was a small challenge coming and going. Overall though I enjoyed my stay there."

"Very clean room, friendly staff and easy access to metro. The area is also far from the city center so less tourist. Its more of a residential area so much more quiet. They accommodated our 2 month old as well. Would stay again."

"very easy access to metro (3 mins walk), a few stops to downtown so the location is good! Staff is friendly. But the room is a bit small… also breakfast very little choice for Asian people, almost all food are bread and cold dish… would love to have some more options like fried eggs, or fried noodles etc.."

"The hotel is in a convenient location. Metro is accessible nearby. Restaurants along the street, and ample parking. The rooms and hotel are dated, and in need of cleaning and updating, but the stay was pleasant for overnight before a flight."

"Really loved the hotel, its location and the staff. The rooms are clean but I wouldn't class them as sparkling, the bathroom had a muted but bad smell from plumbing , there were no slippers in the rooms and only 1 set of towels. Beds are very small but comfortable however, found the mattress is too soft and the rooms are starting to show their age (scratches on the flooring, wobbling chairs and tables etc.) Breakfast is fantastic, has a great selection, and the staff do a great job to restock the food. The roof top bar is probably the most upscale bar in the city."
