The staff were very friendly and can speak English which was helpful! I love the free amenities provided for guests right by the service desk."

"The Japanese Apartment was perfect for my family (2 adults & 2 kids). Having tatami style beds means we didn’t have to worry about the kids falling off the bed. There was enough space for them to play. The property is clean & staff are friendly and helpful. The property is about a 600m walk to Ikebukuro Station (exit C9 has an elevator/lift for those with luggage or a pram). We didn’t spend much time exploring Ikebukuro, but there seems to be plenty of dining options nearby. "
