Customer service & rooms were great but the only down side was that our AC was not fully working which made our room warm. I tried to see if we could switch rooms but they were only able to offer us a fan. Other than that everything was great.

Clean, spacious, and fully equipped for our stay. Very family friendly. We stayed in the Pokemon room, which was cute and a real treat for our Pokemon-loving kid. My one concern is that the floors are quite thin. We could hear the people above us walking, running, jumping all night.
