Unwind in comfort with a plush queen-sized bed dressed in quality cotton linens and a variety of pillows for the perfect night’s sleep. Wake up to golden sunlight and breathtaking lake views.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare anything from a simple breakfast to a romantic dinner, all while soaking in uninterrupted alpine views. The open-plan lounge features cozy reclining chairs with footstools, a dining area, and a Smart TV with Netflix—perfect for a quiet night in after a day exploring. In Winter the studio captures sunlight all day, and underfloor heating ensures cozy comfort even on chilly evenings.

Outdoor Oasis:

Sip your morning coffee or evening wine on the private deck, surrounded by sunshine, birdsong, and natural beauty. Soak in the private spa pool, the perfect spot to unwind after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring Queenstown. Whether you're soaking under the stars or relaxing in the crisp morning air, the spa offers a truly serene alpine experience. Guests are welcome to explore the gardens and help themselves to seasonal produce from the tunnel house and vegetable garden.

Ideally located just 3km from Queenstown Airport, Remarkables Park shopping center, and the ski field access road. You’re also just a short stroll to the lake and Queenstown Trail—perfect for walking, biking, or soaking in nature.

Guest Access:

Parking is available at the top of the driveway, with a short gravel path leading to your private entrance.
