This isn't quite the Remarkables Ski Area but it's not that far away. It was November and the biggest snow fall that Queenstown had ever had in that month fortuitously dumped some lovely white stuff all over the mountain tops. We went out the next day and could only get so far before the road was closed due to snow clearing activities. Still, it was a lovely drive!

A moody sky blankets The Remakables. This mountain range is only one of a few in the world that run North to South and they take on an incredible appearance when cloud fills the valley as far as the eye can see. #Queenstown #NewZealand
