"1. check-in: no info before arrival. no info/signs on arrival how to check in. called host cell: did not pick up, no voice-mail available, then hung up. 2. kitchen: new counter top, nice. no coffee maker, toaster. very few pots to cook, were uncleanable. no drinking glasses, just wine glasses. no coffee cups. plugs in kitchen not working. we saw mice in kitchen. 3. deck: very nice deck, no furniture provided...we brought ours from home...ridiculous! deck had not been swept in a long...

"Great Hosts! Jim & Del and their Dog are amazing. They are very respectful for your space and your visit to their property. If you need anything they are one phone call away to help you out.
