"Nice hotel, friendly staff. Room was clean but bathroom fan didn’t work and I could smell mold. I have a bloodhound nose so maybe not everyone would care. Front desk was concerned and made note for maintenance. There is a grow house and dispensary next door. The outside had strong odor from that but inside DID NOT Smell at all. They have coffee machine available 24/7. I love that! Breakfast was as good as I expect. With potatoes, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, breads, etc. McDonalds, subway and a Mexican restaurant are very near. Walmart, a grocery store, auto parts stores etc, 2 miles away in Blackwell. "
