"The lady at the front desk was wonderful and so welcoming. Check in was quick and easy. The entry was nice and clean as were the hallways. I forgot to request a nonsmoking room so our room had a little odor. The breakfast was fresh and hot all the way up to closing time for breakfast. I highly recommend staying here!"

"Staying at a casino you would think you would have more breakfast choices then just bread waffles and cereal. No toaster for the bread. They had bacon cooked but couldnt have none said its for the next days breakfast. No acess to waterpark because wasnt the weekend so should have a smaller pool to acess for seniors if waterpark wont be available to who stays there."

"At 11:00 PM we were startled awake by what sounded like a jackhammer right next to us. The maintenance room shared a wall with our room and I found a man in there working on some kind of cabling. This frightenting noise continued on till about 12:15 PM. AC quit working. Carpet was soaked by the desk area. At 11:30 PM I attempted to get these issues resolved with the staff. I went down to the front desk only to find it unmanned. I rang the Ring doorbell at the front desk. No one answered. I then picked up the phone at the front desk. It rang and rang and rang and no one answered then it disconnected me. I went back up to the room, picked up the phone there and tried the front desk. No answer. The next morning someone was at the front desk and I brought up those issues and how I tried and tried to get some help but no one answered the phones. I was told he (the man at the front desk) had told the men three times not to work at night. When I asked for some type of compensation for all this he said since I had a Choice Hotels account he would add between 2000-3000 points to my account. This was on 5/11/2026. Checked my account today and those agreed upon points were never added to my account. Would never stay again."

"Was told by hotel that if i booked 2 rooms with the same card ( even through a third party booking) that they would be side by side or across the hall from each other but they put us on two different floors and wouldn’t fix it we booked a month in advance also. There were minor things in the room that could use attention. Also psa: Holiday Inn no longer puts coffee pots or cups in their rooms and dont bother to tell you when you check in."
