"Villa Kayahan is very well maintained with a fabulous pool area. The villa is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to 8 people with separate en suites for each bedroom. Only thing worth noting is that it is a longer than perhaps expected walk to the town/restaurants etc for eating out so we used taxis to and from (approx 100 TL each way). There is a good local shop for all basic needs approx a 10 minute walk away. Very good comms with the owner. "

"We arrived and kitchen tap was hanging off . Toilet broke first time of flushing and ran all night . Kettle fused first time of use No pillowcases No tea towels or oven gloves - Told to buy our own . Pool motor held open with splintered piece of wood dangerous to walk near. Rusty garden loungers despite told we were the first to stay . After 2 days of our week stay we left as house unsafe , not finished . "

"Brilliant trip family run exceptionally clean and little dated re interior but all functional and certainly good for the price. Fabulous pool and garden area. Beautiful setting. My balcony looked straight over the pool. It's about 17 minutes walk into town through rural and residential areas. Perfectly safe i dud it on my own late evening. Ali and his family are delightful . Would definitely stay again."

"The sister hotel to Yacht Classic, this is a much smaller property with more of a boutique feel. We stayed on the main floor (room 209). It can be a bit loud with the Main st in front"

"The garden room was small but adequate. Very clean. Because there was not a luggage stand, we used a armless chair for the suitcase. The shower was lovely. The patio & pool very nice. Can’t say enough about how helpful the staff was. They went above & beyond. Helped arrange a local tour of several locations, plus suggested a local hamam which provided transportation. There is a small room safe & apartment size refrigerator. The breakfast was typical Turkey.! Olives, vegetables, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, bread & boiled egg with Coffee or tea. Overall we stayed 3 different times in two weeks in between tours. Always a great place."

"Stayed for 1 night in a luxury room. Room was spotlessly clean, with tea / coffee facilities. Small ensuite with soaps, shampoo etc and a good shower. Bed was soft, large abd very comfortable. Breakfast was very Turkish with salad, cold meats, cheeses olives, bread and some hot dishes. Hotel is located in the old town area, with shops / bars and coffee shops all around. Check in / out really smooth. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others."

"The place is lovely, enjoyed the sea to swim in, dining was delicious, staff friendly and accommodating. Three things that came up that we disliked: Room was great location, beautiful setting (family side) however the GOAT resturant was below and it was ongoing noise, music, laughter until about 1:30am ....first night we didnt notice it however all other night we struggled. Second : too much smoking going on, I don't smoke and sure don't care for second hand smoke. Maybe more non smoking sections available including on the beach. We come to relax, enjoy fresh air, nature and its hard to relax when you have someone sitting a row or two infront smoking and all that smoke is coming your way, choking you out. Not pleasent. The third thing is more like a suggestion...Hot tub would be nice for cooler days."
