"There was no spa. Internet did not work throughout the stay. Drinking water was provided in very limited quantity and we had to buy cans from outside which was cumbersome. At checkout, noone was available to collect keys. Flat is new, location is amazing."

"Overall we liked it. The bathroom was small, toilet was positioned very near the entrance, normal should be on far side and sink should be the first as you enter a toilet. Lastly, the swimming pool was not stocked up with bath towels, both for men and women ?! Had to ask for it. The sowers stalls did not have any ventilation as a result the rooms became very steamy. Not enough shelf or hooks to hang towels or swim wears ETC. The two guard rails to enter into the swimming pool were were lose and rattling?! Do not expect 5* hotel to have this kind of problem."

"This is a very basic 1 star hotel. There are no pictures of the bathroom for a very good reason. Absolutely dingy and disgusting. Bathroom was small, had a stained toilet and a bucket with no enclosure for bathing. Bedrooms are small and again, very basic. Looks even less than in pics. "

"I stopped over for 1 night en route to Varkala Beach. The hotel is very clean, the King Suite is very spacious. Rooftop bar and restaurant thoroughly recommended. Would stay again."
