Top Kazama Squid Center Hotel Reviews
Premier Hotel - Cabin President - Hakodate
10/10 Excellent
"It was a great experience overall."
Yunokawa Prince Hotel Nagisatei
8/10 Good
"We stayed at the one with open air bath and the room/private onsen was absolutely gorgeous with the perfect view of the ocean. Room was spacious and clean. I am disappointed that they didn't offer shuttle service from Hakodate Station. I also did not like that they don't provide Yukata for an onsen hotel. They provided a pajama shirt and pants instead which is a let down. Their food was very mediocre. Everything was so salty and that sashimi tasted like it was about to go bad."
Hotel Global View Hakodate

"Huge room with washing machine. Very friendly, helpful staff who went above and beyond when we had a nighttime medical emergency. Nice breakfasts."

"Quiet clean. Hot spring is wonderful."
Hakodate Yunokawa Onsen Umi to Akari / Hewitt Resort
8/10 Good
"朝食バイキングの会場の広さが利用客数に比べて狭くごった返している感じだった。テーブルや椅子の配置間隔も狭く通り抜け出来ず遠くまでいって迂回するなどあった。もう少しゆったり感が欲しいところ。"

Toyoko Inn Hokkaido Hakodate Ekimae Asaichi

"Ocean views and the soaking tub were amazing. Everyone was very helpful"
Heiseikan Shiosaitei Hanatsuki

"We all stayed in Japanese/western rooms with private onsens. The rooms were old but well maintained. I have to give a low score as the hotel allows smoking and the smell of smoke was overwhelming. We had to open all of the windows and allow airflow during our entire stay. Thankfully we came in the summer so we could open the windows and there was a nice and steady breeze. They gave us a spray to spray on the tatami mats and carpet but the smell of smoke was embedded into the walls and filters (which needed to be cleaned). I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with allergies or sensitivity to smoke as I struggled with my allergies during my entire stay. The hotel staff are extremely kind and helpful and their souvenir shop is fully stocked of local snacks to do last minute shopping. There kaiseki breakfast and dinners were amazing and we always left stuffed to the brim. The in room onsens were the best part of the hotel. Each over looking the ocean, allowing you to soak in the onsen, listen to the ocean and see the sky all while in the privacy of your own room. It made every issue we had a little more acceptable."
