"This house is very spacious with lots of room for family to roam. The basement or lower level is will equate with a large sofa and TV. Also a bedroom. And the washing machine and dryer which we did use for the baby stuff is on the lower level. The main level is open concept with TV and to sofas one of which is a sofa bed dining table and well-equipped kitchen. It's nice to have such a modern kitchen. The upper level has three bedrooms. Very comfortable mattresses and lots of space. Outside there...

"When we arrived the alternator broke down and we were unable to drive anywhere for the week but it was only a few steps to a great spot on the beach as well as to restaurants, shops and grocery store. The cottage was clean and in a great location. We were lucky to meet the hosts who were very lovely people, kind and accommodating. I would definitely return."

"The cottage was extremely well equipped and super clean. We found the kitchen well stocked with all the basics, bathroom with lots of towels, and everything we needed. The backyard is beautiful, snuggled in a quiet area, while Southampton is only a 10 min drive away."

Comprehensive and timely communication, generous with check in/out times, extremely well appointed kitchen, very clean and spacious cottage with lots of room for different groups to spread out, excellent outdoor grill. No detail was missed, right down to candles for ambiance! Thank you for cherished memories of a wonderful Sauble getaway!"

"We had a very nice time staying at Lazy Pines. Super close to the beach, the arcade, and all the activities at Sauble Beach. Stephanie was super accommodating and flexible. The BBQ worked great and was like new! We would totally come back for a stay!"

There is plenty of entertainment inside and out - TV, books, board games, large backyard with a fire pit. It is located about 5 minutes away from the beach by car, with a shopping plaza and restaurants just down the road (by car). We had a wonderful stay! Absolutely recommend!"
