"This place was a simple and no-frills place to sleep for our stay in Kona. Everything was as described in the listing and met our needs during our stay. We really appreciated the lanai and parking space, and loved how convenient the location was. I do, however, have a few notes. One thing that was not mentioned is that there was no way to lock the upstairs so we had keep all valuables either with us in our car or in the lower unit. "A good enough place to stay. Despite the lack of AC, it was cool enough thanks to the ceiling fans. There is quite a bit of noise from the nearby intersection, usually being worst at night. Thankfully it was never bad enough to wake me up or really bother me, but just be prepared for the occasional loud vehicle blasting music."
