"Standard breakfast fare. Pancake grill was broken. Room was nice but a bit noisy. Check in staff was awesome! Friendly and personable. Rest of staff was okay."

"Our bathroom and entry floors were filthy! Crumbs and little black hairs everywhere!! The top of the bathroom counter backsplash had dirt all over it, which can only happen if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. For the price we paid this was unacceptable. Such a bummer because it’s a really nice hotel and we can’t even get a clean bathroom."
