"BEWARE this property closes their office at “10:00”. If you get there at 10:00 there will be no one to help you, so you will be told by the “Hotels.com” person to just go back in the morning. We had to get a room somewhere else. Then, when we went back to Studio 6 the next day, at 8:00 pm, there was a sign on the door that said “We are on break, we’ll be back”. About 1/2 an hour later they were back. So much unnecessary stress and trouble. Never again, and also probably no more Hotels.com as well."

"Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Food was good. Service was good. Amenities were good. The only negatives were we had to wait at check in for our room to be cleaned and we didn't win any money. "
