I am in love with this hotel ! The views, the rooms everything was amazing ! A few things that could be improved. Some carpet in the rooms could be cleaned. If not asked the rooms are not getting cleaned/towels replaced. So maybe work on that. Some of the rooms have visible water damage. We booked 3 rooms so could see that. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is good and so is a pricing. Enjoyed the breakfast a lot! Heated pool is also a nice touch. Parking space is available. This place is...

This hotel is located in the heart of Old Batumi, making it an excellent and convenient location. I was able to walk everywhere, and the building has an elevator, which was a big plus. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious, with a different selection each day. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a great location, comfortable stay, and wonderful staff!

Boutique Hotel Station 22

Big thanks to Nino and Andrea, we had a double room with private balcony facing the public street, we were worry about the noise from previous reviews, however once you close the balcony door, everything is quiet. The room was large enough and very comfortable, the breakfast was decent. The hotel is walkable distance from approximately all attractions sites. We will definitely book this hotel again.
