No bugs, very clean linen, quick trash pickup, clean hallways and common areas. Highly recommended. The maintenance staff clean off my vehicle during snow! Parking lot and walkways were very safe. "

"The hotel and our room were very clean. Breakfast was good, and the front desk staff are very nice. Great location in proximity to Hollywood Casino. It's also pet-friendly! Unfortunately, the indoor pool was closed, but they offered us the option to use the pool at the Hampton Inn next door. "

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room were clean and spacious and the bed and pull out couch were comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was a nice treat. The only downfall was being able to hear people through the windows talking in the parking lot at night. And the pocket bathroom door was difficult to keep closed while in the bathroom. Also, please upgrade to better toilet paper. The stuff being used currently is cheap and does not meet the high standards the rest of your hotel does. "
