"Very nice and very clean we got an easy access and owners provided some goodies to enjoy after our 4 hours drive fr St Johns and location is very accessible downtown Bonavista I highly recommend this place and stay at least 2 days or more to see all historical sites thanks"

"This is a unique experience in a changing place. Good for solo travelers or a single couple, this is a compact but comfortable property literally on the water. There are some caveats to staying here such as no TV, no wifi, and a ladder to get up to the bed. As long as you understand these things (which the hosts do an excellent job outlining before you come) you will enjoy your stay in the boathouse! "Great location close to restaurants & brew pub, very clean with access to laundry. Would stay again."

"The room was clean and up to date, however it is in a busy street location and it was pricey for the accommodations"

Finding it by car is a bit confusing but the owner provided lots of descriptive instructions that really helped. Both the owner and the host were very nice...

"House is accurately depicted in photos. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend."

As a newer VRBO listing, there were a few items that could be improved upon such as ensuring all condiments/products listed on rental description are...
