"I stayed one night and for three hundred dollars, I expected a clean room. Unfortunately, the king-size sheets were visibly stained, which is just unacceptable at this price point. The room didn’t feel clean and it really ruined the stay."

"This was our third time staying at the Cove Inn. We like it because of the beautiful area, pleasant staff, cleanliness and close proximity to other areas. Breakfast at the cafe is always delicious. Two restaurants are a short distance right off the sidewalk. The biggest disappointment this trip was the fact that we no longer could access the tiki bar located right outside and next to the pool. "I asked if I could pay for late check-out, and and the lady at the front desk said that they do late checkouts and you can pay from, but they were fully booked. "The property was exceptionally clean with friendly attentive staff and like most hotels I have visited had a comfortable mattress."

"Hotel is beautiful and in line with Olde Naples, Staff is excellent, amenities are very good. There are some start up issues, HVAC goes off line often and requires a maintence person to reset (goes off line when you open slider but does not reset when closed). Bar and restaurant areas are excellent and location is stellar. Highly recommend"
