"The room was perfect. Spacious and beautiful. We also had a little balcony that we could see to the ocean and it was so beautiful. The staff was also very friendly and professional and super helpful. We also went to their spa services and it was so relaxing and beautiful. We had such a good time in chania in general but going back to the hotel to rest and relax was equally as great. Thank you. "

This is old but wonderful. If you are expecting something perfect and new do not stay here. If you’d like something authentic, close to everything in the Old Port and with a breathtaking view of the lighthouse and harbor, this is your place. Make sure you specify room with a balcony. "Wonderful host!"

"Wonderful property with incredibly helpful staff. We arrived before check in time but they greeted us warmly. Our original room had stairs which might be difficult for us to navigate at night so they changed our room. The new room wasn't immediately available but they quickly finished the cleaning for us. We had lots of questions and they had lots of answers about things to do and places to go. We were told that if we needed reservations for a restaurant, they could help and we'd be treated well. So true. The reservations they made yielded incredible service and generous extras. Breakfast was wonderful and served in the beautiful courtyard. The biggest challenge was noisy neighbors but the windows were soundproof so we slept well. "
