Cute 2 bedroom villa, Kefalonia

Our small, cozy 2 bedroom villa is perfect for 4-5 people. On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room of about 40 m2. The living room is divided into a kitchen area and seating area.

One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor and offers a double bed. The second bedroom with 2 single beds is a loft style bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and WC.

The town of Svoronata, where the villa is located, is quite popular among tourists. The nearest beach is only about a kilometer away. There is a tavern approximately 200 meters from the villa. The mini-market is in walkable distance of 350 m.

Livathos, the region where the villa is located, boasts a charming coastline with many lagoons and beaches. There are also cozy, wild beaches where you can hide from prying eyes; and sandy beaches with many water activities and coastal taverns; and places for snorkeling and diving.
In a 5-15 minute drive you will find the charming beaches of the southwestern coast of Kefalonia: Lassi, Avitos, Spartia, Agios Thomas, Lourdata and others.

If you are a wine lover, visit one of the private wineries and treat yourself to fine, full-bodied Mavrodafni or light, refreshing white wine from local winemakers.

Just a few kilometers away from Svoronata, there is the Fortress of Saint George or Castle, the first capital of Kefalonia, with the wonderful view, one of the most important historical attraction in Kefalonia. Churches and buildings inside it are preserved, as well as in the (Borgo) where you will also find a typical example of Heptanisian baroque church. Outside the castle, the visitor can enjoy a delicious meal in some of the best restaurants of the island.
