The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself is in a stunning location overlooking the beachfront and has many restaurants surrounded by it giving more options for trying local food spots. We went in May so the hotel wasn’t too busy but even when it started to get busy, staff were still very attentive to every detail, especially when it came to breakfast!

It’s a really great setting, with wonderful staff and superb breakfasts. The views around the property are amazing and the classes available are great. Slight signs of wear and tear around the pool decking and the jacuzzi section (not working) of the lower pool. Staff were first class especially Kostas at the breakfast in the main reception restaurant and Yanis the bell boy. Breakfast on the whole was superb, and helped by its setting. We ate lunch on the first day but found the food to be better just in the town. Not just on quality but price - Hemingway’s and Klamatis (avoid Lorraine’s) - the price of a beer/cocktail is exceptionally better too €3/4 va FZeen €6/8

2nd time here because we love this hotel, service and facilities very much! So many choices of classes and I was in heaven doing yoga, pilates, mediation, sound bath and breathwork! In addition, the different areas for a gym workout were great - you really cannot be bored here if you are into your health and wellbeing Food was great - as a vegan, the choices were not as great as last year in the Selini restaurant - all decision were aubergine and potatoes so didn't give me much of a range for dinner which meant we ate out in other restaurants this time Breakfast service in Selini was great and friendly Dinner service in Selini was not as good as last year when there was a sommelier who would always make the effort to talk and explain the wine as well as the menu in great detail Lunch in Gaia has much improved and the service there was super friendly - even walking through the restaurant we always got a smile and a friendly hello Reception service was really wonderful, especially the manager who took the time to listen and ask for feedback Driver service was wonderful this year and last and lovely that he remembered us too! Overall, I still give this hotel a 5 star

The property and its grounds are beautiful. Breakfast is amazing, so much to choose from and so fresh. The pools are great. The best part is all the staff - so friendly and welcoming. The classes were all great from yoga to Pilates to hiit and the food was delicious too. We had a wonderful week stay here. The ability to use the sups and kayaks was a bonus too and good gym that wasn’t busy, not any fractional plates for the squat rack though!

This hotel is one of a kind. Tranquil, lush surroundings and well maintained. The staff are attentive and friendly, particularly Alexis and Jeti! The food at the property is lovely but expensive. Great property spread across the hillside overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed the many pools that were available, some are more private than others. Dinner was great at both restaurants with excellent food. The staff were friendly and we always got assistance when asked. The drive down the hillside to the resort takes some patience and skill but it didn’t affect our vacation. Excellent beach access with restaurant and chairs.

Incredible experience. The superior raw retreat room was completely private, including its yard and pool. The team was very polite and helpful with any requests we had and stayed on top of offering us transportation/any other thing we may need. Petros from the reception was especially kind to us and made us feel very welcomed. The only thing not matching the excellence of the hotel was the food and drinks. Nothing on the menu was terrible, but it was not nearly as memorable as the experience/layout of the hotel.

Not a 5-star Hotel

We have been to many 5 star hotels in our lives, but the FZeen is as disappointing as it could be for a 5-star hotel. Upon arrival at Noon, the room wasn't ready, which is fine and understandable. We therefore left for the day in order to enjoy the beach. As we came back at 6-7PM, we were shown our room, and boy was it disappointing. We took the 2nd most expensive room which was a private raw retreat with a pool. This was almost 1,000 euros a night. When we got into the room, the view was just a joke. We had a view over the gym's roof, and the parking of the hotel's staff. We therefore asked if there was anything else, and we were told no, the hotel is fully booked. We told them we were not satisfied with this, and it was unacceptable. We asked them "There is no one checking tomorrow?" we were told no. Before leaving, the girl, who honestly couldn't care less about us, told us we could get the "100" room, but it would be an upgrade. We told her we wouldn't be paying for an upgrade because what was sold to us was unacceptable. She then proceeded to tell us that the reservation office would call us first thing in the morning to see what could be done. As you would have guest, they never called, and we had to call them. Obviously, we had to repeat everything, which is unacceptable again for a 5-star hotel. We were told that a room could be available, which apparently was not possible the day before.
