My gf and I went and it was great, the main pool was practically free most of the time due to the personal pools most rooms had. The room pool it’s self was lovely and a nice size, although if you get too close to the edge you can see/are visible to other rooms as the walls either side ends. Each morning you get a lovely breakfast basket of bread/pastries and then select your main dish from the menu. Really enjoyed!

I recently stayed one night at Tetra Retreat and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is newly opened and everything was impeccably clean. My room was very spacious, with two twin beds and a private pool at the back, which made for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, and the water pressure and temperature in the shower were perfect. I also enjoyed an excellent massage during my visit. As the hotel is still new, the sauna and steam room were not yet ready for guests. My only suggestion would be to add another garbage bin near the bathroom sink area, as there was only one in the toilet section. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely return. I look forward to seeing the hotel once all the facilities are fully operational.

No lunch or dinner onsite only found out when I checked in so did not eat anything for a whole 24 hours. The rooms had nothing in the fridge. No tea or milk so was disappointed

La struttura è veramente stupenda! Veramente ottima scelta di arredi e disposizioni per quanto riguarda le camere e anche per quanto riguarda gli ambienti comuni veramente magnifici e ben curati. Ottimi servizi e personale super disponibile e cordiale. Si vede che è una struttura veramente nuova e che ancora necessita un occhio di riguardo per alcuni dettagli e piccolezze, infatti c’è stato un piccolo inconveniente riguardante la camera che però è stato con prontezza gestito e arginato. Esperienza generale veramente ottima, se dovessi tornare a Cefalonia sceglierei sicuramente di tornare qui.

Eccezionale Struttura bellissima e contemporanea, aperta da poco e perfettamente integrata con l'ambiente circostante. Camere molto confortevoli, dotate di terrazzo e piccola piscina privata con vista sul mare e sul tramonto. Colazione spettacolare servita al tavolo, con specialità locali. Personale molto professionale e disponibile. Location ottima, vicina ad aeroporto, alla capitale Argostoli e in posizione strategica per visitare tutta l'isola. Un grazie a tutto lo staff, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Unser aufenthalt war angemessen. Das personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Handtücher wurden täglich erneuert. Der private pool im zimmer war sehr gut, Meerblick hatte man ebenfalls. Eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Die Sauberkeit war ebenfalls angemessen. Jeden Tag wurde gereinigt. Was man leider negativ anmerken muss ist, dass unser Zimmer nicht wirklich komplett war. Auf der Toilette hing ein kabel aus der wand und es fehlten haken für unsere Handtücher, sodass wir die Handtücher aufs waschbecken platzieren mussten. Ungewöhnlich war auch, dass die waschbecken sich außerhalb des badezimmers, nämlich im zimmer befanden, aber das ist geschmackssache. Ein großes manko war jedoch das frühstück. Es wird leider a la carte gebracht, es fehlt ein büffet, bei dem man sich die sachen selber nehmen kann. An sich vom konzept her ist das keine schlechte Idee nur kann man sich das frühstück leider nicht so gestalten, wie man es auch am Liebsten isst. Das führt dann dazu, dass man leider geschmacklich sein frühstück anders erhält, als erwartet. Ebenfalls wurde uns öfter gesagt, dass diverse sachen nicht vorhanden seinen, obwohl sie auf der karte standen. Das war uns auf dauer dann zu nervig, sodass wir dann woanders frühstücken gegangen sind. Die Unterkunft war ebenfalls teilweise sehr laut durch personal, das morgens jn anderen Zimmern gebohrt hatte, Reinigunspersobal das mirgens geklingelt hatt, um sauber machen zu dürfen. Ebenfalls hört man sehr oft flugzeuge, was hedoch bicht unangenehm war.
