"I didnt like getting to my room and someone's already in there !"

"Everything was fine but the hallways looked like they had water damage all along the floor. "

"I will start with saying that the place was not bad. The poor rating is coming from what happened when we asked for assistance with an issue in our room and the communication or lack there of the next 2 days. We checked in and went into our room. We noticed immediately that there was no refrigerator in the room. It is listed as one of the amenities for the room. The wall paper was peeling and there were huge cobwebs in the corner of the ceiling but honestly the missing refrigerator was what we needed. We had items that required this. I tried to call the front desk and no one answered. My husband went to the front desk and was told that we needed to read the fine print and not all rooms come with a fridge. He asked if we could move rooms and was told they were completely booked and they had no open rooms. Fast forward to check out next day. They had a really nice breakfast. Upon checking out we brought up the missing fridge and the staff was surprised that we didnt have one as all rooms have one. Then we were told that the hotel was not actually booked . So the staff member lied to us twice for absolutely no reason. They said they would pass on to the manager. This was Sunday. No call. So I called today, explained the issue and was told the manager was there but not at the front and they would call me back. One again, no call back. I know its just a refrigerator, however after finding out that the could have just got another room and then blamed us for not reading correctly "

"Very little to no staff around. One night we were literally the only people there. Very limited breakfast they had instant oatmeal but there was no hot water in the electric tea kettle Room service traded out dirty towels for clean but it was obvious it was made with no care or concern making the bed, they just barely pulled the covers up they were crumpled and messy and threw the pillows on. Don’t expect 5 star service because you barely even get 3 star service. For the price we will go somewhere else…."

"Great hotel and great service. Breakfast is not included but that’s ok. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of is that the pool is central to all rooms so no privacy at all."

"Room was small. Blanket and comforter too heavy for the season. Queen bed felt undersized. Slate floor as you entered room was broken and cracked. Birch veneer on the TV cabinet/closet was peeling and cracked. Check in staff was great. "
