"Nothing not to like"

"The Old White Lion was a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and helpful; the restaurant has a vegan burger on the menu, which made things easy for me; and the view out my bedroom window onto the moors was very cool. The Inn is steps away from the Brontë Parsonage, as well as the public footpath that leads onto the moors. The Main Street of Haworth is lovely, but the walk to the Brontë waterfall is a memory for life. I did it early—wanting to see the sunrise on the moors—and it was otherworldly. The beginning of the path is a two minute walk from the Inn. I loved it here."

Within easy reach of the heritage railway at Oxenhope and Howarth, a range of good pubs, places to eat and visit. The pool and sauna are great for relaxing after a good walk over the moors. A hidden gem."

"My cousin and I stayed in 2 rooms while spending the weekend meeting up with wider family. Everything was very good - no problems or difficulties at all. we didn't have breakfast as we had made other arrangements. We enjoyed our stay very much - loved the sight of the grounds from the room and although some of the buildings are looking a bit tired, the main entrance is stunning and the rooms were fine. Very good value for money."
